The data we collect

When you request access to the showroom, we record your company name, your name, your email address and, if you provide it, your telephone number.

For your points of sale, we record the registered company name, the delivery and billing addresses and the VAT number you give us.

Your orders are kept with their detail: products, quantities, prices and the store delivered.

Your password is never stored in clear text: only an irreversible cryptographic fingerprint is kept.

Why we process it

To give you access to the showroom and to the brands opened to you, to process your orders and pass them on to the brands concerned, and to follow up your account commercially.

We do not sell any data and we run no targeted advertising.

Cookies

The site sets a single, strictly necessary cookie: it keeps your session once you are signed in, for fifteen days. It holds nothing but your account identifier and an expiry date, and it is signed to prevent any tampering.

No advertising cookie, no third-party tracker, no external audience measurement.

For how long

Your account data is kept for as long as the account is active. When it is deleted, the account, its points of sale and its order history are erased.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to object.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@thedigitalshowroom.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
